1. How to Participate?

• To participate in the auction, log in with your mobile number registered on 100MB
• To successfully enter the auction, you need to buy tokens that act as the entry fees for your participation (1 token allows you to enter 1 bid for an item)
• You can buy unlimited tokens that will allow you to enter bids equivalent to the number of tokens purchased
• To compete and qualify for the purchase of one or more of these 'must-have', personally autographed items, you must place the lowest unique bid amongst all participants
• Each bid will be in multiples of 1 and in whole numbers
• You can bid for multiple products if you purchase a pack of tokens
• Other participants will also be allowed to place bids in the same way. If another participant places the same bid as yours, both participants will be notified and given the option to re-enter the auction by buying another token
• If you place the lowest unique bid on an item by the end of the auction timeframe, you will qualify to win that item
• The participant with the lowest unique bid at that point will have his/her name reflect on a "Winner’s screen"
• Winners will be notified via e-mail and their names will be showcased on the Auction Leaderboard
• You can purchase the tokens using real money. Here's how:
  • INR 25 - 1 bid token
  • INR 49 - 5 bid tokens
  • INR 99 - 15 bid tokens
  • INR 499 - 100 bid tokens

2. Auction Rules & Regulations

• All 100MB users (who are registered via mobile number or have mobile numbers associated with their account) are eligible to participate in the auction
• It is mandatory for users to purchase tokens to participate in this auction
• Tokens may be purchased via Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI or Paytm
• Notifications will be sent only to those users who have placed the same bid so that they can re-enter the auction with different unique bids
• Bidding for items on auction will be in whole numbers only
• Every auctioned item will have a charity component of 20% of the paid value (after taxes) going towards a charity of Sachin Tendulkar’s choice
• The auction will be carried out over 10 days. All bids at the end of that 10 days will be considered as final. Any and all bids received after that period will NOT be considered valid. Users are NOT permitted to enter the auction or bid for any item/s once the auction timeframe has ended
• Items won in the auction CANNOT be transferred to anyone else
• Any user who attempts to enter or participate in the auction using fraudulent means will be immediately blacklisted/blocked and any bids made by them will NOT be accepted
• All final decisions regarding the auction, its terms and conditions/rules and regulations are at the sole discretion of 100MB Digital Pvt. Ltd. Any/all of these rules and regulations/terms and conditions can be changed and/or altered at any given point of time, without prior notice given to users of the app/website or updates to this screen on the app
