1. How To Participate In The 100MB Christmas Auction
- Log in using your registered mobile number to participate in the auction.
- To compete and qualify to purchase one or more of these “must have”, personally autographed (by Sachin Tendulkar) items, you must place a higher BID than the current bid amount (minimum INR100 or maximum INR10,000 more over and above the Current Bid amount).
- Other users will also be allowed to place bids in the same way. If another user places a higher BID than your BID, in order to remain in contention for that item you will need to place a fresh BID of minimum INR100 or maximum INR10,000 more (higher than the Current Bid amount).
- Place the highest BID by the end of the auction timeframe and you will qualify to purchase this item (for the INR value of your final BID amount).
- Winners will be notified via email. If notified, you will be required to pay the INR value of the amount you have placed as the highest bid in order to claim the item.
- If the highest bidder does NOT pay for the item within three days of being notified, he/she automatically forfeits his/her right to purchase that item and the next highest bidder will be offered the item for purchase at their BID amount.
- Once a BID Winner completes the payment for an item, their name will reflect in the Results screen on the app.
2. 100MB Christmas Auction Rules & Regulations
- All users (who are registered via mobile number or who have mobile numbers associated with their account) are eligible to participate in the auction.
- If you win a bid but refuse to pay and/or decline to pay for the item auctioned within 3 days of winning the bid, then you are automatically disqualified. NO delays in this timeframe to pay for the item you bid on will be accepted. Thereafter, the next highest bidder will be offered the item at the price they bid for it (with the same timeframe of 3 days allowed to pay for the item). Thereafter, the third highest bidder will be offered the item at the price they bid for it (with the same timeframe of 3 days allowed to pay for the item).
- In case the Top 3 Bids on any item auctioned are forfeited, the item CANNOT be claimed by the fourth highest bidder. In this case (where none of the top three bidders follows through with payment on their bid), then the item on auction will be returned to 100MB and will be made available in the next auction carried out on the app by 100MB Digital Pvt. Ltd. In the interim, this item continues to be the property of 100MB Digital Pvt. Ltd. solely.
- Bidding for items on auction will take place in increments of minimum INR100 and maximum INR10,000.
- Every item auctioned will have a charity component of 20% of the paid value (after taxes) going towards a charity of Sachin Tendulkar’s choosing.
- The auction will be carried out over a period of 7 days (1 week). All bids at the end of that 1 week will be considered as final. Any and all bids received after this timeframe concludes will NOT be considered as a valid bid. Users are NOT permitted to enter the auction or bid on any item/s once the auction timeframe has ended.
- Items won in the auction CANNOT be transferred to anyone else.
- Any user who attempts to enter or participate in the auction using fraudulent means/RUNS will be immediately blacklisted/blocked and any bids made by them will be considered fraudulent and will stand null and void and will not be honoured.
- All final decisions regarding the auction, its terms and conditions/rules and regulations, are at the sole discretion of 100MB Digital Pvt. Ltd. Any / all of these rules and regulations / terms and conditions can be changed and/or altered at any given point of time, without prior notice given to users of the app or updation to this screen on the app.
- All winners will receive a certificate of authenticity with the items.
3. Effort For Good
All proceeds from Santa Claus costume will be awarded to a charity of Sachin Tendulkar’s choosing.
